The pictures you posted were reasonably good, There are little details that are more obvious to people who are obsessed with G-Shocks, the quality of the engraving on the back plate, fakes are usually stamped instead of engraved.
The type of screws they use to screw the back plate on, fakes sometimes have flat head screws with a chrome finish, these are the correct type of philips head screws with what looks like an anodized or coated finish.
The colour combinations on fakes usually don't match actual Casio colour combinations, this one has a definite Casio colour combination. A dead give away on some of the analog G-Shocks is the colour of the hands. Fakes don't usually bother to get the hand colours correct.
Fakes don't usually have the proper packaging, this has all the correct packaging and a genuine Casio manual and tag with the correct style of printing back and front.
Fake Casios usually have cheap quality plastics with bad quality joins and uneven, messy joins, this is definitely a resin bezel and band and the quality of the finish is definitely Casio, the seams are smooth and even.
The buttons on the side don't sit too high from the case and are the correct size whereas fakes tend to have buttons that sit quite far out from the case and are a lot smaller more like the DW6900 type buttons.
On the G-Shocks with chronograph dials the hand tends to rest in an unusual position than you would expect, for instance on the GA100 the centre dial at the top has a hand that sits at the 7 o clock position when at rest, none of the fakes have that unusual positioning.

The best way to check is to take a good quality picture from the Casio website of your watch and compare things like the colour combinations including colours of writing on bezel, face and case back. the material used for buttons (in this case metal finish buttons), the lettering and positioning of lettering around the bezel and case back, the fonts used and the different textures on the face. A real Casio GA201 uses different textures and material finishes on the face whereas fakes tend to be one single unmachined piece of cheap looking plastic.

I have seen many fakes on Ebay and they are not as good as they used to be, if anything the fakes are becoming easier to spot as the quality gets worse. The G-Shock forum here is always a good place to start asking if you're not sure. None of us here mind checking the authenticity, in fact, some of us really enjoy it. If it means people aren't getting ripped off and are getting to enjoy the real G-Shock experience then it's even better and more worthwhile.
