    List of recommended modders?

    Do we have one?

Much like Seiko, it seems a lot of folks mod their own G’s - however, there is also a well known trust group of Seiko modders that offer the service to the public. Can’t say I’ve seen that for G-shocks.

Most modders I see are based in Asia.

Do we have any stateside that offer these services? Or even members here that are willing to mod a G for someone?

Remember, while a crystal swap, polarity change, band/bezel swap, etc may seem “simple” to you there are others that prefer someone else to do it.

Looking forward to some good recommendations, thanks in advance !

i dont think theres many if any commercial modders on here, the reason being it really is that simple when it comes to swapping resin. there are also skill friendly alternatives if you want to change polarity or colour of the displays. a quick look on youtube will show you that.

if you want the wild customs that border on looking like fakes then the only route is to find a popular customiser and yes, theyre likely to be in se asia but there are plenty to choose from, just search your fave socials outlet
