Lookin' for the perfect square (for me)

    Hi all, first time here

the thing is recently i'm thinking of buying a nice square g-shock, of the 5600' series, for the first time

i did try to make some researchs but honestly with all the diffents kinds of featues and modules existing, i'm kinda lost

i know more or less the kinds of functions i'd like to have but what's hard to me is to find the watch who have them all

and with most of you being kind of experts in g-shocks i just figured i should ask here

so, mostly i'd like to have :
Multiples Multi-function Alarms (1 with snooze)
    Auto EL Backlight with Afterglow
1/100 Second Stopwatch Measuring capacity at least : 23:59'59.99"
Countdown Timer with a Measuring unit of 1 second to 24 hours with Auto Repeat

yeah i think mostly this is it

i have nothing against tough solar or multiband 6 atomic neither if the watch do have all the others features

if someone here could figure for me of a watch like that, it would be very swell

    thanks

I think a G-5600A fits the bill. Even Tough Solar.

    Hi,
considering the 24 hr timer with repeat and 1-sec increments the only square I know that has this in combination with multiple alarms is the G-7800. It has a very good timer and a 99 days stopwatch.

    Greetings, Sedi

thanx a lot to you 2

dschaen81 you're right the G-5600A seems to fits pretty well the chart, the only thing is it's seems to do not exist in a black colorway and i'm not really a fan of the others colors available for now, even if the dark green is pretty close, it's a little to "military style" for me

and Sedi thank you very much, i didn't knew about this model and it seems pretty perfect for me, even if it hasn't the "retro touch" of a 5600

it looks pretty rad in all black

and i found it for only 67 € online

for now i think i'll go with this one

again, thanks a lot to you 2 for helping me in my quest

67€ is a good price. Can't go wrong with that model - I love mine. To me it's one of the best looking G-Shocks.

And it has the best negative display I ever saw on a G-Shock. It's very tough to take a good picture of it because of the shiny bezel.

There is black G-5600 of course:
G-Shock Tough Solar Classic Design G5600E-1 G5600E NEW bei eBay.de: Wristwatches (endet 11.08.10 00:07:35 MESZ)
but it doesn't have an auto-repeat timer and you can't set the time to 1-sec increments only in steps of 1-min.
There is also the DW-56RT 'referee timer' which has a very nice interval timer that you can set in 5-sec increments but I think it has only one alarm and the black version is hard to find.

I own the G7800 with the regular lcd display. I love the watch a lot. I haven't given it any wrist time yet though. I'm always wearing my DW5600E-1V, DW5000SL Spike Lee Screw Back, G5600E Solar and my DW6600-1V.
