Love The Sea And The Earth GW-9110K-7R

This brand-new limited-release caught my eye despite my indifference towards white-cased watches.

I could easily see myself as a satisfied customer, if I ever got this one. It's got that "beachy" air to it and will make for an entertaining summer toy. And, the price is "only" a few dollars more than the regular-release version's already inflated price.

Here's e-Casio's page for the watch run through the always funny Google translator: http://translate.google.com/translat...en%26prmd%3Ddf

Hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

Thanks for the feedback, guys, I sure appreciate it.

This one's growing on me pretty rapidly.

The maximum price difference of about $80 from the regular model puts this one at around USD300. Not too bad a deal for a limited-edition collaboration Solar/Atomic Gulfman that's not the all-too-common drab black/grey.

These shots are from Japanese dealer StarMart at Rakuten: http://en.item.rakuten.com/star-mart/gw-9110k-7jr/

This collaboration also includes a Baby-G counterpart which is just as attractively rendered as the Gulfman. The pics are from Japanese dealer GBlessYou. Gotta love that name! http://en.item.rakuten.com/blessyou/...bgd-1000k-2jr/

Haha, I always love the hilarious translations! What the heck is this supposed to mean?:

Ingredients and seasonal vegetables that show producers, restaurants offer a taste of the ingredients in a recipe utilizing "kurkku kitchen" and the people gathered in Tokyo dining, bar, restaurant, lounge and accordance with the purpose of each available to "mother kurkku" and running restaurant.

Ah, a kindred spirit, at last! Actually, it really didn't take all that long at all.

You really put it best, though, dust: An absolute beauty in its color combo.

Now I'm beginning to really want this one!!

Gulfman: that is a fantastic looking watch, really nice.

All a matter of taste I know but nice to see that Casio can turn it on when they want to!
