    MB6 on MTG-B1000

    Hi friends.
MB6 on my MTG seems to not works. I tried continuosly to do it manually pressing and keep B or C but the second hand stops always on BT and not on RC. It is settings to ON and does not works neither in auto, neither in manual.
    Have you advices?
    Thank you

Try unpairing the watch from the phone. When paired, manual sync uses BT as far as I know. Also , make sure your home city is set to one that supports MB6.

When paired, I believe auto MB6 reception only occurs after BT reception fails for 24 hours.

Bluetooth reception was disabled on my phone for almost 4-5 days. The city was setting. The watch was unpaired.

Had the same issue with my GWR-B1000.
Look in the manual on how to properly unpair with your phone.

Yes, others have had this issue. (to be clear, it is not a problem with the watch; it is simply a matter of doing the unpairing necessary to enable normal MB6 functions). I believe you must unpair the watch w/BT FROM THE WATCH - not from the app. But look carefully in the manual, see what it says...

Try this to delete the pairing info from the watch. (then obviously, don't re-pair it with the phone). From the MTG-B1000 manual, page 21.

Afterwards, to see if it worked, try a manual MB6 Receive op. If the second hand points to "RC" instead of the BT symbol, then it worked.
