MIRB DW-6900 tough enough to survive basic training?

I sure hope it is. I just bought this watch specifically for BMT. I ship out for the Air Force Monday, and I will arrive to BMT Tesday in San Antonio TX.

So I will finally get to test these Gshocks. Im going to wear it throughout my whole training, hopefully it wont quit on me because Im sure I cant afford to be late anywhere while Im there lol.

Sorry, not sure why the pics came out a little blurry/shakey.
    WISH ME LUCK GUYS!

Should be just fine. G Shocks are worn by special forces and "regular" operators all around the world. I would go so far as to say Gs are a favorite of military, leo and first responders around the world. Have fun!

Is it my computer or the 2nd picture that the poster put up all black and blank? I don't see anything in the 2nd picture except complete blackness. Do the others in here see the same thing as I do?

I've been told that crew chief is a good job. My MoS is aircraft metals (welding)
Word of advice, my friend that recently graduated from the Army BMT said to wear your watch on the inside of your wrist while standing at attention so you can peek down at it. Just don't get caught!
