Modded Riseman inspired by another WUS member

Def not the first to mod, def inspired by another WUS member. This is what my Riseman looked like before:

    This is after the mod:

Def love how the Maratac S-Series rings are brushed to match the finish on the metal pieces on the G.

    Thanks for looking.

Hard to make anything look bad on a Zulu/NATO. Riseman looks great!

I concur, it is difficult with the right strap pattern. Thanks!

Liking the mod and definitely the signature! Just want to ask - where did you source the adaptors and what is the size? Did you have to cut the strap to match the lug width? I see that the old screws are still used to attach the adaptor.

Hi, GTR83. Thanks a lot. I ordered the adapters from broadarrow.net. They only have one size, and they weren't originally designed to fit the Riseman. I had to shave the excess rubber off the adapters to make it fit the lugs. The problem lies in getting the holes in the adapters to line up with the lug holes. I also ordered the strap from broadarrow. It's a 24mm but the adapters fit up to 26mm from my understanding.

Hi, lvt. The difference is a couple of degrees. But, it's still off by 5 degrees or so.
