    Movie G-Shock Sighting....Battle: Los Angeles

The movie's lead, Staff Sargent William Nantz, played by Aaron Eckhart, is definitely sporting a G while kicking alien butt. It's shown a couple of times so close up one can clearly read (at the theater) "Multiband 5" or "Five Band Multiband" over several eyes. Not certain of the model, but if I had to guess I'd say it was a Mudman (GW-900A maybe).

I'll have to watch for that when I see it... how was the movie otherwise?

It was a fun way to spend a couple of hours, but you certainly won't be hearing its name at Academy Awards time.

Wait, where did you get that photo? did you actually take a picture in the theater? I have to say, I am a huge fan of Michelle Rodriguez, but even she can't get me to go to that movie.

She's the main reason to go and see the movie. Oh, and the G-Shock, of course.

I thought the movie was great and there were two distinct G's in the movie - one on Aaron Eckhart's wrist and the other on the Marine Lieutenant - they used them to time when the bombs would drop.

I think the captain that was giving the briefing at the F.O.B. was wearing a 5600 too, looked like it in a profile shot when he was pointing to the map

I thought the movie was good, had some parts that were kind of tug at you -- overall worth my time IMHO

The Lieutenant was no longer among the living when they were in the storeroom.
