    Mudmaster GWG1000 second hand stopping

I'm getting feedback from a friend who has my old Mudmaster that the second hand is stopping at :26 occasionally.

I told him to do the hand reset on p. 39 of the manual. I don't think he's tried it yet, so I have no feedback on that.

The watch was completely dead before I sent it to him. I let it charge in the light, through it in a box, out the door.

    Is there a factory reset?

I've never had any watch do this sort of thing, so I wanted to ask around before I get into the hassle of sending it to Casio.

    Thanks in advance.
