Picture My All Time Favorite G-Shock, X 2,...

The DW-5300, it shares the same 901 module as the DW-5600C. Not sure what it is I like most about it, probably the large, tough, yet simple look of it. I picked up my second one that arrived to me yesterday, was dirty and had a dead battery but when I cleaned it up, installed and new battery and lubed the case seal, it was flawless, both are without blimish or scratch, the only way to have found one nicer would be a time machine. The one on the left I got in yesterday and the one on the right about 4 months ago. Heres a few pics.

Yes, very nice. I loved my DW-6800 because of the similar look and it had a nice fit and feel. Sadly, I sold it because I didn't have faith in the water resistance after all these years and I didn't have the skills to lube the push-buttons myself.

Thanks all, on all of my older G's I use Vinylex to spray them down with while gently depressing the buttons, it's a plastic and rubber restorer as well as lubricant (with no petroleum distillates that rot resin, Armorall and practically all others do) it also has DH-60 which is a UV protectant. It also makes the resin parts look new and soft again, I won't put anything else on my G's, I sware by the stuff. On the caseback seal I use Seiko TSF-451 Silicon Grease. I have never had any waterproofing problems with any of my G's, old or new.
