    my DW -290 1V

    hi guys,thought i'd share a pic,a nice comfortable watch.one i wear at work regular.
    brad
    Casio G-Shock DW-6900 MS,
    Casio G-Shock GX-56,
    Casio G9000 mudman.
    Casio DW-290 1V.

    Yes, I have two now--one Chinese and the latest one Thai. I really like them. The buttons are so easy to push and the wild design!!

    They'd have to change the button design for that. As far as I know on every G-Shock the buttons are designed in such a way that they can't be depressed accidentally - that's why they are either recessed or there's the little "side bumpers" between them - like on the DW-6900 and many other models. So the DW-290 would no longer be a DW-290 if they made it into a G-Shock. It would lose the protruding buttons.

    Enjoy and wear in good health.

    Mine is my holiday watch and I love it. The module is identical (iirc) to my Stargate.

    I was disappointed when the green writing come off mine with sunscreen.

    They are great watches.
