    Smile My first DW-5600 screwback

I've been looking for one of these for quite a while now and finally got one!

Let's hope all it needs is a bit of TLC. Should be a nice companion watch to my 5600E.

Sadly, on my limited "G-budget", the recently acquired DW-8800 Codename will have to go (just so you can see what passes for high finance with me LOL), but I'm happy.

I'll post some more pics when it arrives.

Congratulations! I was eyeballing that one 'til yesterday, but decided this wasn't the time. I'd like to have a screwback DW-5600 sometime though! Hope you'll have a great time with it!

I was watching it too... lol

decided that 3 of them was enough for the moment tho...

you got it for a good price Kevin... i have one with a nasty scratch, i was thinking about seeing if polywatch would deal with when i get a chance... all this talk of Hydro 5600's has me thinking more in mad scientist terms tho...

I picked this up last week,It came today. I was able to get the screws out in one piece,so I replaced the band and bezel and it will be an everyday wearer.

Very nice. 691 module, a serial number and Japan A. Gotta love a classic.

These japan A g's are rare aren't they. This is the first A I came across. They are usually H.
