    My First G

I bought this one for $50 on Craigslist this morning. It hasn't left my wrist since bringing it home and setting it up. It will get abused at my job with water, grease and some rain and snow but I plan on cleaning it when I can.

I haven't had a watch this nice since I owned a Citizen divers watch. This is a worthy replacement. I hadn't worn a watch in several years and decided to find an old Timex I had bought in the late 90s. Put a new battery in it but the watch left me interested in finding a new one. The current Timex watches didn't interest me and for some reason, I had always thought of Casio as being a cheap watch manufacturer going by $30 watches at Wal-Mart.

Just thought I would share some photos of the new G posing with the old Timex and a Nano "watch" thrown in just for fun. As for the fake, I'll keep it and even wear it sometimes because, I still have the watch I intended to buy, nothing changed though it advertises itself as being solar which it isn't.

$50 is insanely good for that, esp bc the atomic gr and g8900's are japan/only releases.

Japan only? The atomic clock automatically synced to Ft. Collins, I'm in Denver.
