    My first G-Shock. The GW3000B-1A

I have always collected watches but one of the only pieces I have never actually owned was a G-Shock...so...this week...I ordered one. This is the GW3000B-1A ou tof the Aviation series. So far I really like it. The Atomic timekeeping was spot on as soon as I opened the box and it is so light that I barely feel like I even have a watch on. This will be a great daily beater.

Thanks! I really went back and forth on which one I wanted out of the line and I kept coming back to the orange. I am really glad I went with it because it also separates it from the rest of my black/white/red collection of watches.

Very good looking watch! Exelent choice! I especialy like the fact that it has solar and radio. Two features that I want to see in every new Casio I buy.

Good choice, I have been beating daylight out of a BB1 for the last year and a half and it still runs and looks almost new minus few scratches on the plastic bezel. In the meantime I bought a B-2ajbf (blue strap, yellow and red details on the dial) and G-1ajf (olive green strap and bezel), and pretty much cleared my digital Gs which, compared to those GW-3000 really look like kiddie toy watches. Enjoy it, I am sure you will, a lot.

Thanks guys! I am really enjoying this one. Never thought I could really enjoy a plastic watch this much. Pretty stoked about it.
