Have had a minuscule issue which needed remedy. Was on the phone with Tech support in Dover NJ Casio and the fix didn't work. He said you have a problem with your crown control. The issue is/was my minute hand was 10 seconds behind where the second hand is. I mean that you've noticed how the minute hand advances every 10 secs. Mine was 1/6 of a cycle behind. It irked me that the minute hand was off. There is a fix for us to do at home, and this is where the problem lies. If you have this issue where your minute hand is ahead or behind the appropriate hashmark, you can adjust when all three hands are at 12 o'clock in the HAND ADJ mode. In my case the minute hand was a smidgen behind being vertical. In the HAND ADJ mode one would dial the crown slowly one click at a time to move the minute hand forward. Also works to move it back by dialing crown counter clockwise. In my case the crown did not move the hand at all.
Called Amazon and they sent me labels for return for full refund. I already ordered a new one thru Prime and will be here Wednesday. If I wasn't such a stickler for detail I never would have known... until probably other controller issues of the crown failed.
Just wanted to share the 'home remedy' which isn't in the manual.
