    My New Gs!!

Woo Hoo!! I just added two new Gs to my small collection. The first is a G8000 with orange face and metallic flake band. The second is a 9054 in blue. The reason I went for the unusual colors was just to add some excitement, something different. Hope you guys like them!

    Hi Manxman,

You are a man who loves color isn't it. Great choices. I love the G-8000. I have the same model myself.

    Cheers,

I have the G8000 in light blue with mirror display, and in metallic silver. I think if you're going to buy a strange coloured G-Shock, the G8000 is the way to go.

I've been tempted by a blue DW9052 myself. The colour seems to suit that particular G very well.

Both very nice looking watches. I have the 9052 and it looks much better in person then in pics.

Those mirrored models seem a bit hard to read when I checked one out, but they do look intriguing nonetheless.

Reflections and glare from very bright lights can be a slight problem, though angling it a bit gets round that. On the plus side, in poor light you can angle them toward a very dim light source and the digits show up really well. The back-light is also interesting on them as it makes the display look negative.
