I recently was complaining that I wished G-Shocks stop watches could save lap times as otherwise I thought they were not very useful.
Kev55 was nice enough to point out that G-Shock has the GD-110 line with a 60 lap memory function
Not being one for negative displays my only real choice was the GD-110-7 in White but...
While not a negative display it is almost as bad as one. Mainly because it is a mirror/chromed face.
But it is not too bad & since this is really a single purpose watch for lap swimming
all I need is to be able to recall the times later out of interest & that will be at leisure.
This is actually a very nice unit & if it came in a nice crisp positive display it would be
something I would wear many days.
The digits are large & the functions useful. Also although it does not have world time function
it does have a dual time function. That will work well for me as I only need two times...Here in Thailand & Hawaii
The recall process for looking at laps is very easy to use & one touch of the A button to start new laps
is also easy. I am looking forward to getting back in the pool with this one. Anyone who does laps of anything
knows it is nice to have the info but also helps break up the boredom
One other thing is being a mirrored unit + glossy strap I had planned from the start to swap to
a matte strap/bezel I already have a few to choose from & have started with Orange as I have no orange G's
Also if you look at the face it does have orange lettering & a orange ring under the white ring.
So the orange resin goes well I think with that as well as the white function buttons
