    Nato Stock Numbers

Found this information on more than one website -

    Casio G-Shock DW-5600C-1V, DW-5600E-1V, w/ module 1545: NSN 6645-01-356-5944

    Casio G-Shock DW-6900-1V: NSN 6645-01-441-2762

    Casio G-Shock DW-9052-1V: w/ module 1659: NSN 6645-01-356-5944

Curiously, the 5600 and 9052 have the same number. Well, I did once call the 9052 'the round 5600'.

I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

If I had know that when I was a Company Commander I would have ordered one for every Soldier in my Company. They had a habit of not wearing watches as they uses there cell phones to tell the time. Then they would keep asking what time is it over and over while doing Physical Training (PT) as they did not take there cell phone to PT. I got feed up one day I told them that every time they ask the time it would add 10 more minutes to the PT time. LOL

You could have added 15 minutes, they wouldn't have known.

So, if you order an NSN 6645-01-356-5944 you could get either a 5600C, 5600E or a 9052 ? If you ordered 3 times would you get one of each or would the odds be the same each purchase ?

    Hi Schirra,

I have a very slow computer here, so it will takes hours to find here (with possible a computer that jams too. Google on "CNATRA instruction 10126.1f" or "Department of navy chief of naval air training. You will find a document (I believe .pdf). In the third Enclosure on page one, you will find the Casio DW-6800 listed, unfortunately without NATO Stock numbers. I can try to contact my brother. He works for Naval shipyard and I know he was giving NATO Stock numbers to new items.

    Cheers,

    Sjors
