    Need a [240] module...

    Hello!
I need a good working [240] module for an old screwback G-Shock.
I think that the best thing to do would be find a cheap Casio watch that use the same 240 module and do the swap.
May you help me telling to me a list of watches with the 240 module inside?
    Thanks, bye!

    Che si dice a Roma?

These modules are a little hard to find, your best bet would be to find a beaten up DW-5400. These have bezels that are hard to source now so they usually sell for less money as a result.

Which screwback model are you trying to restore?

I'm restoring a DW-5400C-9 (gold version) that I paid 3 Euro (~$4 USD) in a marketplace here in Rome...
It was in bad conditions: display off, no bezel, worn strap and very dirty.
I bought it the same because the crystal was in very good condition, and also the back cover and all the 4 bezel screws
I restored it, and with a new CR2320 battery the module began to work, but with some problem on the lcd display, so I asked here for a module replacement... but after some working here and there on the module, I repaired it
Now I've to buy a bezel replacement (DW-5600C9-AV gold will do the job) and a new strap, then I will post here some pictures of the restoring process.
    Thanks and bye!!

nice one the bezel screws are the most important! if they're stripped you need a whole new case
