After the addition of my MIBR frog a while ago I started toying with the idea of picking up a Gulfman to complete a set of the "Masters of G" i'd never been overly interested in the gulfman as I didn't feel it offered that much over any of the other models other than the titanium back. Well I curiousity got the better of me and I had to pick one up, then I had to decide which one to get. There are several nice looking Gulfman's but only one that was relatively easy to acquire caught my eye, As this was to be a fun watch that I would most likely use as a beach watch and having so many black watches already I thought something brighter would be nice so I settled on the Non-Atomic MIRO G-9100R. It turned up the other day so I took a few quick photos.
What I like. . .
The colour is cool, nice and bright (which is what I wanted). Absolutely love the Turtle on the back. Dual EL backlight is a nice tough and looks good. The orange LCD matches in nicely with the rest of the watch
What I Don't Like. . .
The moonphase on the dial is too small and because the surround is raised from the rest of the dial it is very hard to see unless you are in direct sunlight or using the backlight, I don't use it much and so it's not a big issue but it is something. The placement of the backlight image does make it a little harder to read the time at a glance when using the backlight but not overly so.
Anyway I like it more than I expected I would and it rounds out my collection of "Masters of G" nicely.
Now onto the pictures.
Now a few of the "Masters Of G" together
Hope you like them and thanks for looking
