    New Blue Dw-9900

    Hi how is eveyone?
Has anyone seen a blue DW-9900 or own one? I saw one today on JAYS web page . I like the look of this frog-man the better than the other one. How much is a new one going for at the moment? It kinda look smaller than the normal frog-man. How rare is this model, is it worth getting or should I just buy a normal solar Frog-man ? It kind of hard to know which one is rare or not, as everyone who's trying to sell a G-Shock said that their one is rare:-S. Is there are rule of thumb, on how to know which Casio G Shock is rare. Thanks for always answering my question so honestly
    ALL THE BEST. MIKE.

    Hi Mick,

A blue DW-9900. It must be the Mad Dog model. It's very nice! On this page you will find some pictures of mine.

    Cheers,

I had a look at the link, that one hell of a cool looking Frog-man . The one I refere to wasn't it. The one I saw had black band and face cover, the face is like the Mad Dog one but it doesn't have the dog EL. I think the saller means it rare becuse it a Japanese edition,it's the FROG-MAN DW-9900-D.I think the asking prices was around US200 is that to much or is it cheap and worth buying ?

    Hi Mike,

I think it was a normal price for a DW-9900. Those 9900's look better in real than on most pictures.

    Cheers,

Even though the 9900 is the smallest of the 3 Frogman series, the other two being the 8200 and GW-200 series, it is very comfortable to wear especially if you have a smaller wrist

Here's a picture of my 9900 before I sold it many months ago... :-D

I just got my blue Frogman a few weeks back from a oversea trip to Asia, but I do not think it is the mad dog version :-S

    Hi Ajan!

Looks like yours is a Blue Sea Frogman, DW-9900BS-2JF,nice color!
There's also a blue WCCS DW-9902WC-2JR out there..

I prefer the solar Froggies, and like the DW-8200's too!
