    Dear G's member,

Casio has official launched 2 non-atomic models for International Market (June '10)

I like the Blue and if the price is right I might get it. Tough movement to my knowledge goes along with atomic that is whats driving the tough movement correction. so no it would not be in the non atomic.

Then does the G-1200 have auto-hand positioning?

    Dear tact,

Yes it has. According to its manual module no. 5132, it have this feature, which is same with the GA-100 & GA-110 series Home Position Adjustment.

Whilst the down side, it doesn't have any Tough Movement on it...

    cheers,

    yschow

I think that's the point - it has manual hand position correction but not auto correction, the latter being what tough movement is all about.

Seems the most recent non-atomic/solar versions of tough movement analogues lose both the atomic/solar and the tough movement features.

The stock picture is deceiving. I got mine yesterday and I was disappointed:

    1. there is a light-colored shiny polished gold ring around the display

    2. the yellow part under the buttons is a dark yellow matte plastic

    3. the buttons themselves are of polished stainless steel

    4. the strap end-piece covers are of black polished metal in a different shade than the bezel

None of the parts matches the rest!
