New GW-M5610 for me and Casio F91W-1 for my son - his first watch!!

I wanted to purchase a couple of father/son watches and started a thread about it the other day. I was quickly informed of the GW-M5610 as a better option than the one I first had been looking at, and when I checked it out I was sold.

The F91W-1 has a similar square case so the watches look very much alike. I hope that when he looks at his watch he will be excited about knowing the time on his very own watch and be very happy it looks so much like dad's watch as well.

On to the pics! (sorry, crappy phone pics)

A perfectly sync'd pair of Casios!

A very excited seven year old! I have to say it fits him very well.

Congratulations that seems to be a big success with the happy son!
Watches match very well and you even synchronized them!
Have fun with them and salute to the young enthusiast....

    Congratulations to both of you!

Many years ago, my brother and I were gifted F11 Casios, my first Casio. From thereon, I'd always have a Casio in one style or another. I still kick myself for losing the GG-9 (Golf Game)!

I recommend you get another F-91 and store it, and give it to him when he's past 35.

Very nice! And he looks like he is very proud to show off his watch that he and Dad got together.

This is all sorts of awesome, Jacob

I've owned the F91W-1 for about six years, and it's the only watch I've never sold, and continue to use.

Moe: What does your watch say?
Shemp: It don't say nothing; you've got to look at it.

Thank you so much guys. He's really enjoying it. We were just comparing times again. It's fun and he is able to handle a couple of the functions already, including the light feature! Lights off in the room, no problem, just hit the light button and there's the time. Good stuff.

Congrats for the watches, nice pair!

I see it fits you wrist very well. It seems to me you have a flat and maybe not very thick wrist(?). Is this correct? Mine is about 6.5in thick and flat on top, so if yours is similar and the watch fits you well, it might fit me too. My main concern was that the watch being on the small side, the band might fall almost flat down on my wrist and squeeze it, but I see there are nice gaps both on top and bottom. I was thinking about getting one of these or a G-9300(I know, BIG difference between them, but I like them both and can only get one right now).

    Thanks!

Thank you and yes that is correct. My wrist are thin and flat to say the least. I think it'll fit you perfectly.
