New here, with a new Mudman !

    Hello everyone !
My name is Mike, and this is my first (well, ok second lol) post here.
Anyway, a little bit about myself:
I LOVE watches. I'm 23, a college graduate, and own several watches, with the G-Shock Mudman being my first digital watch. I own two Omega's, one the 2531.80 Auto "bond" watch (the older Pierce Brosnan model), and I just picked up a new Planet Ocean 45.5MM model a few months back. I LOVE both those watches, there's just one problem. I needed an everyday watch, and one I can run with to time my runs at the track. I've been a long time member at TRF (another watch forum), and all the guys highly recommended getting a G-Shock, which led me to this form, and eventually buying the Mudman.
I've had the Mudman for about a week now, and I LOVE it. It does everything I need it to do. However, (and I searched the form here, and already found the answer) setting the Daylight savings time to match the world time zone time took a LONG time to figure out (the World Time mode time's were all one hour ahead in DST mode). But, besides that little problem, I LOVE this watch. My father has an old "classic" Casio stopwatch that he's had since I was a kid (that still runs to this day), and we were shocked to see that Casio still makes that very watch today.
Anyway, sorry for the long first post, just a quick introduction, and here is some (crappy IPhone_ pictures of my new watch :

Welcome to the forum, but be warned, this G-Shock thing can be addicting.

    Welcome to G-Shocks.

The Mudman is one that seems to hook a lot of people. If you keep hanging out here, it will end up with a lot of G friends.

Thank you everyone ! Yes, I know what most of you mean, soon I may have many G-Shocks lol For right now though, this Mudman is more then enough for my needs ! The Frogman looks interesting, but really don't want to spend too too much on another G-Shock after I just bought this one. What I really wanted to get originally was the G-Shock Military model (the one's that you can hardly see the face, and all the lettering is blacked out, and it lights up blue) but thought the extra $30+ dollars to get one of the same models was a little much.
Anyway, thanks again for the welcoming everyone ! I still have a LOT of info to read through !
