New Muddie GW-9300GB-1JF not a tool watch? I beg to differ!

I need my own new Mudman thread for all the glory.

I have read on different forums how the GW-9300GB-1JF is not a "tool watch", its too pretty, too expensive, too limited, etc. Even read a few comments that the negative display makes this not a tool wach. I beg to differ!

This watch begs to be used in the field, not just serving desk diver duty. Not only does it look great, this thing can handle anything you can throw at it. It is very comfy on the wrist, the carbon fiber strap is tough as nails. 1000 hour stopwatch should time just about anything, countdown timer can help you accomplish the mission. Snooze alarm will wake ya. With a quick glance at the Muddie, you can check the moon phase for any date for your night ops. And the compass can help ya get back home if need be.

Ive had this watch since Thursday, and it hasnt left my wrist since, well except for pics.

    Today I had light chores.....

    Mowing....

    Weedwhacking....

    Washing the Radio Flyer....

Yeah, it got a lil dirty, but a lil rinse....

    And she's ready for more!!

    Thanks for looking!

I like that a lot. Any watch is a tool watch if you abuse it as intended

Nice shots, I like the one with the water hitting it. There are no "wrong" choices when it comes to these models, just preferences. Negative or positive display...just a preference. The watch looks great. I am crossing my fingers that mine will arrive in the mail today.

All Gs are tool watches- even this one.

I agree, Allen. In fact, I'm about to take my Posse to the swimming pool. Time to load up the Swaggin' Wagon in this sweet get up:

I agree they are tough. But I have a feeling that if you continuously threw the new muddie against a wall, one of those sensors
will break. A G-9000 most likely won't. No sensor to break : )
I had a Riseman and the sensor broke. Of course I didn't do it. I gave it to my girlfriend's younger brother who destroys everything. He skateboards and does BMX, etc...
He broke the sensor. I gave him my G-9000 and it still works. For now ; )
