New Protrek Prg 100,best For Smaller Wrists

the new casio protrek model prg 100 is the smallest protrek watch in dimensions yet,so i guess it will be the best option for those people who have smaller wrists...looking at this watch,s dimensions i think that this protrek is same size as most mid sized g shock watches,so over all this watch is just about the size of average normal watch you wear .

    its dimensions are

    PRG-100 = 52.9 (H) x 46.5 (W) x 14.0 (DEPTH) mm / WEIGHT IS 51 g

    the pictures are given below

also this watch has 24 hour count down timer and 24 hour stop watch, plus 5 alarms.plus its a tough solar with auto light etc.

    Very appealing, but no compass.

one amazing thing is that following site labels this watch as "Casio G-Shock Protrek PRG-100 Series Watch # PRG-100-3V "

    http://www.amazon.com/Casio-G-Shock-...UTF8&s=jewelry

can this watch really be classified into g shocks?or this site got it wrong?i am not sure.

also one more cool feature in this watch is that altimeter updates its readings every 5 seconds for an hour

No, Protreks aren't G-Shocks. This doesn't diminish them in any way, and many G-Shock admirers are also admirers of Protreks.

    Hi drkjke,
I really cannot decide if i like this watch or not . I think the design is in some way strange, but i'll wait to decide until i see in person one of those PRGs. Thanks for sharing.
