    New Riseman GW9200 Altimeter function

Can anyone comment on the new RISEMAN's altimeter function, and how accurate and well it works? Say, compared to a SUUNTO? I read on one site that the altimeter works in conjunction with the stopwatch???

I LOVE how the riseman looks. I like it a lot better than My Suunto X-Lander, and may consider flipping it. I van't find too much info on the module, tho, casio's site says it's not available yet...

I see it available on the bay, amazon.com, and Seiya. Will anyone of these sources Riseman's be able to switch between Meters/Feet and Celsius/Farenheigh???

Thanks in advance for any help!

Look on the back of your watch. If you see the numbers 3147, your watch can switch between Celsius/Fahrenheit and Meters/Feet.

If you see the numbers 3145, your watch can only show measurements in Metric.

    xfactor-

i'm still deciding whether to buy one or not, so looking at the back of the watch isn't an option yet. hehe!

You bought both versions, right? Have you used the altimeter functions at all yet?

I haven't used the altimeter function yet on mine. I did buy both versions, but I've sold the Japan version (with the 3145 module) to a fellow WUS member. Sorry I can't vouch for the Altimeter yet as I haven't used it.

The one we have on ebay can switch between Meters and Feet, Celsius and Fahrenheit. Hope this helps!
