    Newbie question_atomic time keeping

As I travel time zones, will the watch automatically change or will I need to change the city in the watch?

I seen one person put "hot swapping time keeping". Is this any different than atomic timekeeping?

    Thank you for the clarification.

You will tell it what home city you are in. Actually pretty important because your watch uses that info to figure out which atomic clock to sync with (they can use different frequencies).

As Chrisek said, you'll have to tell your watch what city you're in -- it's "just" a watch with a radio receiver, not a GPS unit that can figure out its own location!

It's not difficult at all to do and if it's to be a short vacation or trip, you might not even WANT to switch the home city.

Thank you both. I thought this is how it worked.
