Yes, the case is the same as the GA. 66€ sounds like a good price, too. If it had a snooze alarm I'd have gotten a GD-100MS-3ER a long time ago. Maybe I'll get one nonetheless - the red LED backlight is too cool.

    cheers, Sedi

It's my go-to watch (I have it on right now in fact). The red background is actually more of a "flesh tone", not too dark, yet doesn't stand out like the standard silver background. And the red backlight, which is very cool, doesn't seem as bright (in a good way) as the standard EL. Along with the muted letter colors and matte finish, this turns out to be a somewhat "stealthy" model.
All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.

GD100MS is an underrated G-Shock. It can rotate to 4 time zones with a click. The digit is big. El is very bright. 24 hr ST/CDT. I like it a lot, especially when I pair it with orange strip ZULU.

I have over 30 Gs and for some reason this one is actually my favorite. I am wearing my GD100MS-3 today, but I like the MS-1 better. It is a great module, awesome fit, and I LOVE the red background on the LCD. I will say that $84 might be slightly high though...I only paid around $62 shipped brand new off of the auction site, which is only around 40 pounds from my estimation.

I was hesitant to buy it, but was so glad that I did when it got here. Hope this helps!

Thanks all for these good info.
Unfortunately today I tried on a GR8900-A. Even if I have a 6.5" wrist it fits good and feels very light and comfy.
Now I do not know which to buy. The 8900 is more expensive tough (108€ / 135 $).

Thank you for the insight gshocknut. I have an MS-3 on the way (i love the way it looks). May have to consider an ms-1 later (available in regular US market now).
Yes, I am OCD. What gave it away?

    Ordered today, delivery on Monday.

yesterday I was in NJ (near Newark APT): visited many shops/malls (zumiez, Macy's, various kiosks etc. )
Plenty of GA, G9000 and some DW5600. No GX-56, no GM5600 at all.
