Now I can say I have a "collection"

Well, I have to work today due to a local tax compliance due date in Puerto Rico... while my wife and kid are at the beach. So to ease the pain, I stopped at Macy's to check out the watches before getting to the office, and it happened... my first local purchase (read: not online) since becoming a member of this website: GR-8900a-7

After getting my red 7900, I really wanted a white G... and the negative display is just icing on the cake!

    "Collection" shot:

The interesting part (sad for my wallet) is that I saw my next G at Macy's: GW7900B-1

    Cheers!

Congrats! And remember, you have to have 2 before you can have 10. ;) I'm sure your collection will multiply in no time.

Great looking collection so far. Hope it brightens your day. I like both of your picks.

That red 7900 is one of the most brilliantly colored G-Shocks around!

I love that white 8900. I've been meaning to pick one of those up. Love the white with black accents and the neg display. I think this should be called the storm trooper

 Loving the black straps on that. The only thing keepin me from getting a white G is my OCD and I would be afraid of discoloration (I'm nuts I know) but this seems like it would be the best of both worlds. Anyone seen one of these for sale yet? Sorry to hijack your thread, my bad

I am American born Half-White and Half-Costa Rican esa. You wouldn't be working today if Puerto Rico became part of the United States on this 4th of July which is a holiday. lol. I know that is a big debate with Puerto Ricans all the time. Anyway, nice Casio G-Shocks.

The MTG is retired and the 5600 too. Right now, the only working G-Shocks that I use and enjoy are the Riseman GW9200-1 and the GW6900-1

If I can own a Rolex Submariner I would. I know they are tough too, their homages are tough. Trust me.
