Ot, but need to say:Johnny, i´m happy the Zombie Killer sees some wrist time. Maybe i could have sold it for a higher price on the bay, but couldn`t have sold it to a better home.

RE: Watches in the IT field
(This does not include the sales guys).
A lot of IT/TeleCom/tech people wear black Casios (various models).
Personally, it started back in the day whereby you would not want your watch conducting electricity while reaching into IT equipment. This applied especially for the people who started building computer, etc. and worked their way up.
For the ones who then moved into MIS/DIS/consulting/analyst, sometimes old habits die hard.
Yes, wear it and be proud. Who cares what anyone else says. I wear a G to my office everyday. It's my trade mark. People ask me where it is if I'm not wearing one.
Mechagodzilla find me a G-Shock in Tokyo!!
I am a married 38 y.o. with a professional job but I don't have to wear a tie or suit at work. I dress casually and I wear my Riseman everyday. I am still 22 y.o. at heart.
I wear hollister which targets 14 - 18 y.o. LOL

G-Shocks were built specifically for non-girlie men who don't care what others think.
