Is it ok for a adult to wear a G-shock everyday?

I have read in some forums and they say that G-shock is a childish watch for a grown up to wear everyday. They say it's only ok for kids to wear G-shock everyday, or adults can wear it when they are out and doing sports.
I hate analog watches and i want to wear a G-shock everyday because it's so handy with all the functions..

Hi Blackbird... If you are happy wearing a G-Shock everyday, do it. For me, I love wearing G-Shocks. But I also wear analog. Do what makes you happy.

Why bother about what others think or say ? Wear what you like, as long as you are happy! Forgive those people from other watch forum, who are ignorance, between mostly members here are adults some are even grandfathers!

Sounds like you want the answer to be yes or you wouldn't have asked on the G Shock forum. :)

That way everyone won't have to repeat themselves.

When people laugh behind your back, it says the world about those people!

Come on just wear your watch and be happy with who you are and what you got!

If people are laughing at your back it might be something else, not necessarily your G-shock ;)

Yes, it is okay! Don't let other people dictate your life. Especially people you've never even met!

Why not? I used to only like analog watch because the people I'm around or the people I see only wear analog watches. I started wearing Gshocks again from 2009...

I used to have a riseman and a pathfinder 1500 and I got more compliments than my Omega speed master. The only digital watch I own now is a Frogman and I wear this watch everyday. I get compliments on it time to time. It looks good for both casual and business attire. I plan on getting a yellow 5600 and I can't wait!
