ok. i've narrowed it down... still need help

i've posted here before. i tried to hate G-shocks. but you just can't beat them.

i've narrowed it down to either
    A) Frogman
    B) Mudman

can you get either of those models with Solar power or Atomic time??

i was also looking at a waveceptor.

i definitely want the atomic time, solar would be a plus. but i'm kinda set on those two models.

The Mudman is currently available with Solar and Atomic timekeeping.

There's a new Frogman on the way with both these functions as well but it's going to be pricey and a lot of people aren't liking the pictures of it so far... saying the "display is too cluttered".

The current 200 series of Frogman features solar but no atomic timekeeping.

hmm. i also like the DW6900MS-1
    http://www.suru-la.com/images/1604.jpg

any of those features on that?

did they change the look of the frogman? the new one?

i do own a DW-9000 and i've worn it... never? the price was right, and i thought it was rare. overall, i've not been too happy with the accuracy. i see more filth/dirt/abuse at work than i see water.

the mudman is still 200M WR right??
anyone got the model number of the atomic/solar Mudman?

all current g shocks are 20 bar water resistant.

Any watch with DW as a prefix has neither solar or atomic time keeping in its bag of tricks.

The serial numbers of the 2 atomic muddys are GW-9000 and GW-9010.

Mine too. Also you might consider the size and shape - the Frogman wears much larger on the wrist. People notice it - it looks like something most folks have never seen before. Although I love the idea of the Mudman, even like the stiff buttons, I was disappointed to find it being a bit too small for my taste. The Frogman, the 6600, 6900 and the new 7900 that I'm waiting for - they're the size I like!

If atomic is a must, then mudman it is, unless you want to wait for the atomic frogman. Take a look at the new GW6900 as well, atomic/solar and comes in black, white or yellow.

Without having seen the manual I still think the GW-7900 will have similar functions to the new Frogman including atomic and solar at a far lower price.

How much money are you looking to spend?

For a great deal, it's really hard to beat the solar/atomic Mudman (either 9000 or 9010).
