    Olive green rangeman

    Hello

I am considering purchasing the rangeman. I really like the olive green, but am hesitant about the negative display.

Anyone have any comments on it?

Most importantly, does anyone have a picture or video of the olive green rangeman with negative display lit up with the light?

Thanks in advance for your help and comments.

Thanks. I saw both of those reviews but neither one showed the light.

This link should help, however keep in mind this seller really uses bright lighting for his videos and photos. I would say with regards to negative displays in general, the view they have on this sub forum are overrated.

I had a negative GD-100 for a while and I couldn't stand having to press the light to see the time properly indoors..
The Green Rangeman is nice but I passed because of the display. Eventually I may buy the green bezel & band separate. Best of both worlds imo.

U can see the display clearly. Most time I ended up pressing the light to read it.

It wasn't too bad when I saw one in person. I've never had a huge problem with the negative displays...especially outdoors...where this guy shines.

It's a little big/heavy, the Riseman's real edge is how small it is on the wrist. I know it might not sound like a big deal, but everything gets heavy after a long hike ;)

The olive one really reminds me of Master Chief's armor from Halo...and that was my childhood. I just need to justify the price...

I have seen the negative display in person and didn't like it except in bright light. For a watch with such vital informations on the screen and relative small digits a positive display is a must in my opinion.

Is this a good price? This is just the standard black with positive display and resin strap correct?
