    Orange King question GX56-4ADR

Can any orange king ownerss tell me if I got hosed? Ordered an orange king off eBay. The band and the bezel shell case colors don’t match. They’re slightly off color from each other, leading me to believe either the band or bezel shell case has been replaced. Can any orange king owners verify if theirs are the same way or if I got hosed?Name: A23A72A7-E679-40AF-BAB5-D44ACA637564_1554743298777.jpeg

Yeah I don’t think it looks awful either, but as a collector I’m focused on new and original parts. My question is to anyone who owns one is does your bezel shell case match the wrist strap or is the color slightly off? Mine the bezel shell case is like a Texas Longhorn orange, with the wrist strap more of a Miami Hurricane orange. I’m trying to find out if the person who sold it to me as new may have replace the bezel shell or wrist straps at some point and used a cheap knockoff.

Pic of the back, including the best pic of production code would help.

I can't speak to the orange but I did have the G-5600A-9 yellow square and the yellow GW-6900. I can tell you that when I ordered spare parts for them from PacParts, who deal in original Casio parts, the bands would not always match the bezel. You dealing with different batches of colored resin running through different molds and most likely at different plants in China, Thailand, or wherever.

In my opinion the bezel is what looks off to me. It is too orange and shiny. Compare it to this picture I pulled from the web.

Now that I look at this picture more. I swear this looks like a picture Steelerswit would have taken. Did you take this picture SW?

Thank you ROCAT. I was thinking most likely that’s what it is one of the parts is a replacement and they were off on the coloring.

Definitely legit model, so it has to be new skin.
