    Orange Riseman question.

I see some pictures like this:

where it looks like LCD has strong orange tint, but other pics show no sign of it. So is it orange or not? Orange Riseman owners please post few pics. thanks!

I don't have any shots of my own handy, but you take a look at some photos here:

It's definitely light orange in color. It looks a bit different depending on the lighting.

The orange tint compliments the watch very well IMO.

Also keep in mind that on the main time display digits, the top row of characters is often covered by a shadow by the plastic raised bar above. The bar that runs right across the middle of the LCD display. This makes it diffult to read the time without tilting your wrist. I found it very annoying and hence had to sell asap!

Thanks for info! As of shadow it is visible in this shot, but I have to wait till my Riseman arrives to see if it will be a problem.

    Greart pic!

At least you can see what I mean with the shadow. Anyway ... it bugs some people but doesn't worry others. I guess when it is 12:10, there isn't much doubt as it is not likely to be 72:70 .. but it just seemed to bug me.

Hmmm is it 1 -1 or 1-7 ? ... just tilt your watch a bit .. to get rid of that shadow.

You can also see the 'clothes-peg Lego plastic look' in that pic.

It is a really good pic. Quite realistic unlike some other photos.

    orange tint: YES :)

the shadow depends on your angle of view. not really an issue for me.

    hope this pic helps :)
