    Pathfinder decision Paw2000-1cr

I'm about to purchase this Pathfinder - PAW 2000-1CR. It has everything I want and I think is very sharp looking.

The one reason I have been hesitating is the thinness of this model.
Owners how does the dept look on the wrist? Is it too thin and look wimpy.

I would get the 1500 ( I like the look a lot) but it doesn't have, 1. the dual lcd for the compass and 2. The sunrise sunset tool.

You can see in this shot the thinness. Is it too thin?

I vote not too thin. I actually prefer the thin-ness of it, while still having the presence of the pathfinder look.

    watchseeking,

it is not too thin - it's just right. About the same thickness as a Seiko Orange Monster. Don't make any mistake, this is still a large watch.

    Thanks for the assistance.

Could you give me a side wrist shot?

I love chunky watches. I'm happy you're saying it is a large watch, I like that.

For example my pag40 Pathfinder/protrek chunkiness, I love.

I'm minutes away from ordering the paw2000, I think?

I looked at all but the 2000 in person I think it is close to the 1300. I did not think the 1300 was too thin I really like the color on the Ti 2000

I do like the look and color of the 2000T but I'm a big fan of resin so I'm not considering the 'T', (right now)

I chose the 1500 over the 2000 (well, in my region it's the PRG-130 vs PRG-200) cause the 1500 looks slightly more rugged and tougher to me.

I agree (the rugged and tough look thing), but I heard bad things about the lack of the duplex LCD for the compass on the 1500's.

Man this is a tough decision.

There is a resin 2000 on the sales forum now.

I looked at the 1500 and did not really like it the screen was a little busy for me. the tide graph also blinks which bugged me. I could see the 3 little marks that mark north in compass mode but it is not easy. I do like the overall look but I would get a prg-40 best value or PAW-2000 first I really like the functions including sunrise sunset on the 2000
