The 3rd one is a timex humvee. It was their attempt at a g shock type watch. It is a bit small but sits nicely on the wrist due to a double articulation of the strap.

    Greetings Collie,
    Welcome to WUS.
Can I just say that I'm drooling over your 2301 . Unless I'm mistaken that is the black helios model? This was the exact model I was after when I went looking for mine. Through a series of dramas I ended up with mine; great watch all the same but I'd prefered your version.

Here's a shot of my 2310B and it's friend. Still an enthusiast and not a collector . Stay away from some of the enablers here that will get you hooked:-D . Hope you enjoy your time here.

BTW: I like the gw-800 you have. It looks much better in the light colours (such as your variant) than in the darker ones. All imho. Is it a comfortable watch to wear?

Note: For keen eyed viewers, yeah I'll get around to adjusting the time on the 5600 at some point. In the meantime it's set on what ever it was from the dealer.

Collie, one tip — look for a macro setting on your camera. This is usually indicated by a symbol that looks like a flower. That's the setting you need for close-ups like watch pics. Use that, and with good light and a steady hand (or tripod) your pics will be even better.

    Hi Eugene,

I see Seamaster has given you good tips for picture taking. Nice collection. Long time that I have seen the Humvee for the last time. It looks great, although the LCD displays of a G-Shock looks better IMHO... It looks like the Mudman in "Resident Evil" (see Movie thread) with the green display is derived from a Timex display...

    Cheers,

    Sjors

    Hi Eugene

Your TIMEX HUMVEE reminds me of a cartoon series in 80's called "TRANSFORMER".
No offence, just my imagination. I think it looks cool and sure will catch other people's attention.
