picked up a new Protrek for myself *pics*

    hey guys,

received this on Friday and have been wearing it all weekend.
since i was a little boy ive always had casio's in my watch box but never a g-shock.
heres a pic of my collection since i was about 8 years old. all but one had their straps removed because they all fell apart in my hand.

bought the PRG-80 purely as a beater for when im out sporting or doing things where i dont care what happens to the watch.

    out of the box

    closeup

the Protrek is no match for my thumb nail!

    compass

hope you enjoyed the pics, and i hope ill be visiting this forum frequently :thanks

    Nice collection!!

I also owned a Data Bank like yours.
That was a very handsome feature back in the years before cellphone.
Until the codename Gs came out, i was using up several of them.
I regret that i scrapped the last one when the battery was dead.

my fav protrek but too big for my wrist. wear in good health. definitely good choice for all-rounder beater, although quite an expensive beater haha
