    ProTrek PRG-YT bracelet replacement

Is there as replacement available for the ProTrek PRG-80YT bracelet? I haven't quite figured out how to remove the bracelet yet (looks like double spring pins - special tool needed?) but I'm thinking of a Zulu or NATO strap in place of the titanium bracelet. Any one with any experience on this watch? Is there an adapter for the bracelet? Thanx for any & all replies.

i am currently looking into buying a PRG80YT. and i was wondering the exact same thing you were! i was actually going to post a thread myself also. as nice as that metal strap is, i dont want to get swirls n stuff all over it, so i thought a zulu if possible would work.
    what a coincidence!

Count me in on this, too!

I've studied mine, and haven't a clue how to remove the bracelet... without risking not being able to put it back together!

I like the bracelet, except it's way too narrow. I think the watch would look a lot better with at least a 24mm strap or band.

An all black 24mm Zulu would be great, if anyone can figure out how to engineer it!

    Regards!

i emailed howard at westcoasttime.com, he says there are currently no adapters for pro treks. i did mention to him though that he should look into making some or something as there are a couple of us that would like to have zulu's on pro treks.
someones going to have to make a system! ill wait until then to buy my prg80yt. that way i can save sme money also.. haha
