    Question about GMT/UTC/Zulu on G-Shock MTG-520 Module 2713

Ok, so this watch has analog and digital and GMT/World times. The analog and the digital can be set separately, even the minute hand (which seems odd).

The GMT is calculated off the digital setting. I have it set for NYC (eastern time) and DST on.

But the GMT shows 4 hrs ahead instead of 5 hrs (and UTC on time.gov confirms it to be 'slow').

    thoughts?

Well ... DST should be set to OFF this time of year

Or AUTO - either one will put NYC back to GMT-5 where it should be.

You know I thought it would BE auto but, just trying it now, apparently that is not the case lol.

    I've set it to off.
