Question about screws for bezel on gw-m5600

Hi. So I unscrewed two of the bezel screws out of my gw-m5600 because I thought I needed to in order to remove the band. Obviously this isn't the case, and I feel dumb enough about it, but I actually lost the two screws. These are not the screws on the caseback, but the ones found below or above the four buttons on the watch.

My question is, what is the function of these screws? Is it a waterproof issues, hold the module in place, etc? I have considered ordering some replacement screws, but just want to know if I should put the watch down before the come so as to not mess anything up. I looked and I can't seem to find out what exactly those screws do, but I'm sure it's something.

Thanks in advance. As always this forum will prove invaluable I'm sure.

And the loss of them doesn't compromise water resistance.
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...
