Question Question : What gives some CASIO resin straps that "sparkly" tiny metal flake effect?

This to happen. Some of my Caiso resin straps seem to have little micro metal flakes in them making them shinny for lack of a better term. Anyone know why this happens? Some of my timex straps are like this too.

    Any ideas?

Like glitter right? Yeah I think it's cosmetic.

    yeah.

but what makes it sparkle though?, i.e., what is the material added?

It appears to be imbedded in the resin.

But i'm talking about the regular bands on some of the regular casios (not the glitter ones), they seem to be a little bit sparkly.

    Any ideas?

    Pixie dust.

Can you be specific as to which G-Shocks you're talking about, please? We can get a better idea of which ones you have in mind then and can better answer your question.
