    Quick question.

Can I still recover this by replacing it's battery? This was my dad's, he had it back when I was a kid. The last time I saw this working was about 2 years ago. Well, I don't really know what happened. Heck, I'm now even sure what model this is. I just want it to work again.

Changing the battery and doing an AC reset might fix it- no way to know unless you try.

So, just drained battery symptoms? If you can look at the screen, is that a good sign, or a bad sign? 'Coz the screen isn't moving at all. It's just like that when I found it this morning.

    And also, I did my research. It's a G-LIDE DW-003.

Hard to tell... maybe the polarizing filter is faded, maybe battery is close to being dead.

Replace the battery and you will see, it will most probably come back to life. They usually do.

    I think it's one of the DW-002, 003 or 004 models.

Yes, before you worry about anything else, change the battery. If you are still having problems after that, then you can start worrying.

    Re: Quick question.

Hello again. I got it fixed last week. But the LCD's in bad shape when I first saw it running. The LCD quite faded. I asked the dealer if they can replace it. They said they can't because it's a phased out model, from their words. So, I thought, I can live with the LCD's condition. But then, when I saw it this morning, the LCD's "un"-faded, if I can call it like that.

I've been wearing it for a week now. Just breaking it in on my wrist. Because I'm used with the little F91's, I'm not comfortable with this enormous G on my wrist.

    Thanks for the advices.
