i am a race car driver. I used to race vintage sportscars and now i race an mx-5 miata in our local miata cup races.

when i race i usually wear my red mudman tlc to match my red suit.

does anyone race (in any form) here? what g shock do you wear?

Good luck with your racing! Sadly, the only racing I do is running around getting the 'honey do" list finished.

i have not raced in 10 years but i started last month again.

the love of my life (who shares my passion for g shocks and also owns half of the lovers collection) made me realize that i should do what makes me happy and racing is what makes me happy.

    here is me.

I don't really do any arranged racing per say, but I do have a pretty mean 01 SS Camaro that I like to do a little friendly street racing in from time to time, I've got a lot of after market go fast goodies on it and it'll run a 12.5 in the 1/4 mile at the strip. As for the G I prefer when ridin, just about any one of the 18 I have will do nicely! I love em all, my car is white but the white colored G's still haven't grown on me yet!!

I don't race although I do own a Subaru STI that deserves a little track time. If I was racing and a G-aholic I would wear the Revman!

    Re: Racing and G Shock

I grew up in a motorsports family, racing karts, then motorcycles, sprint cars, and lots of road racing a formula car, and a few other classes. Now in my late 30's I've quit, but still do track days on my factory works Ducati 999R based Superbike, that I was fortunate to have offered to me at the end of their season. Typical rule changes made this model obsolete, but a I use it as a fun, track day machine.

    Cheers...

I do not have a matching G' yet, but I do have a Breil Ducati Superbike Watch. It's packed away as I just moved, but will take a picture of it in a few weeks and post it here.

great cars and bike you have there g-shockers.

i would love to own a vintage muscle car like a camaro one day and perhaps match the car with my vintage skyforce g-shock.

i have driven a black 2005 subaru sti (my 71 year old racer dad owns it) and that car is blindingly fast. the balance is perfect and is more comfortable than a lancer evolution. i wear my 21st cb nose bleed edition when i drive that car.

wow that bike is awesome but unfortunately i don't have a street bike. i have a white vespa px200 and a black vespa et150. i wear my kawasaki g shock when i use the vespas. that's good enough for me.

    cheers!!!

When I track my Miata, I usually wear my G-Shocks too. But when I'm out enjoying the weather with the top down, it has to be my Tissot.

I race. although i never use my G's on a track it's fun to get whomever is sitting shotgun to time different things with the stopwatch on back roads (0-100 etc)
