Taking it easy today at the office but spent entire weekend outdoors in New York's Catskill and Shawangunk mountains. Very pleased with barometer accuracy with minimal calibration. Temperature sketchy but we all know that and altimeter is spot on all day with one am calibration, VERY pleased overall with sensors

To have a perfect altimeter, not depending on the temperature or pressure, you must adopt the Garmin, my Fenix 3 HR is awesome for that.
I love my Rangeman not for the altimeter

Re: +Rangeman GW-9400 - Official thread to post your Rangemans+

I though the positive modded olive Ranger could use a meaner look so I decided to make a few changes. I spray painted the gold eye flat black, blacked out the yellow lettering on the bezel, added black bezel studs, and tinted the display olive green. The filter allows 89% light transmission so it doesn't sacrifice readability at all. I also removed the metal keeper and replaced it with black resin, and threw on a black buckle that I had sitting around for a finishing touch. Nothing too elaborate, just for fun, as I still intend to use this one as a hard use outdoor watch.
