    Rangeman vs GW-5000: Dimension

My one and only love is for the classic, '80s, old school G-Shock.
Happy owner of DW5600e, my next purchase will be a GW-5000.
Of course the Rangeman is very fascinating, but....how big is it? I know is bigger than a GW-5000, but how much? All the pictures are big, look like wallpapers. Can someone take two normal shots of a Rangeman and a GW-5000 or DW5600 and compare the different sizes? On wrist, please.
If I ever buy a Rangeman I could (would?) possibly wear it even with a tie, but I want to understand its size.
Maybe Seiya could receive 3 orders:
    1) GW-5000 (100% sure)
    2) Seiko Cocktail Time (70/80% sure)
    3) Rangeman (at the moment 10/20% sure).

Thank you and enjoy your Casios!

Do you really need to start a new thread every day regarding GW-5000?

Edit: And yes, took two minutes to google: http://s5.postimg.org/pabtvl7qf/image.jpg

There's a watch in my pocket and it's hands are broken, the face is blank but the gears are turnin'.

    Same wrist, different places though

On paper it's pretty big... But on the wrist it is okay... Smaller than frogman

No two wrists are alike, so requesting wrist shots of these two watches might be pointless when their wrists aren't similar to yours. I tried out a Rangeman recently, and I have small 6.5" wrists. I found the Rangeman very comfortable considering its size and thickness.

Rangeman is massive. I wear both but I only wear the rangeman for outdoorsy stuff and the gym. It is too big for practical day to day wear (for me, personal opinion)

OP you've gotta go gw5000, especially if as you say your "one & only love" is for the classic 80's style, and concern for size is anywhere on your radar. As if the above comparison doesn't speak for itself. The only exception is if you intend to wear a matching oversized gas mask with it.

For me I'm not going to use with a tie, I'm going to my GW 5000 or my black and gold Mudman.

    Good luck!

Another one to look at for classic styling but modern: GW-5510. Worth looking at anyway.

    Re: Rangeman vs GW-5000: Dimension

    Hi,

I ve seen both Rangeman and Mudman live in a shop in Ft Lauderdale. Both very nice , the Rangeman a little more expensive and also more bigger. I have a 6.75 wrist and I tought the Rangeman it was a little to big.Not that heavy , quite comfy actually ...
Finaly I bought a GW 3000 BB 1A , since the Muddie I can find it second hand as well . I think its a matter of taste ...

    Beste regards,

    J.J.
