Evolution, Ozzie, evolution. I don't look much like Cro-Magnon man either (honest).
I used to list my watches here until I realised it ruined people's Google searches...

    Hi Oz:

You're right, it looks very little like the old Mudman. I think that it's better. Lower profile, more features and a subdued black appearance. Add to that atomic timekeeping and tough solar. I think that it's a winner.

Paying $1000.USD for a Mudman just because it's a certain color may appeal to the dedicated collector but to me it approaches insanity.

    Hi Mike:

    Great to hear from you

Yes, it is a lot of spaghetti in anyone's language!

It's been raining here the last few days, and we went for a drive today to our favourite little corner to eat some egg and smoke salmon rolls:-D

Just though I'd post these photos for something a little more relaxingB-)

Do you get similar scenery in your area?

    Hope all is well.

    Hi Oz:

Got my new GW9000-1JF last week and it hasn't left my wrist since.

Great photos. I'll bet there's a croc or two and a few snakes lurking in that first photo. Very brown in my part of Wiscosnin as we've had heat, sun but no rain in nearly one month.
    Best regards,

Re: REAL BLACK mudman hits USD1000

    Hi guys,
Just go back from a champing trip with my mates, on the week-end. Re: REAL BLACK mudman hits USD 1000 mark. I know I'm not going to be popoular after this , but each man to his own. To me this seems to high of a prices to pay for a CASIO. I know it rare and one of the best looking watches around, but at the end of the day it jut a plastic watch. I mean what made the original G shock popoular, is that it reliable, cheap and expendable that why the army uses them. I'm from Australia so 1000 US is about 1,328.55 AUS, that a prices of a TAG, Swiss army automatic, Luminox, Raymond Weil, Longines, Oris, Rado, Tissiot and Sinn. Some of these watches has a history that span back to the 1950's and is Swiss made. I mean I do collected watches and I do understand that sometime you pay abit more for that "EXCLUSIVE" tag, but to pay 1000 US for something that was original only 16000 YEN. After say all this I mean if I was rich and had nothing better to do with a 1000.
