    A recent flea market find...GL-121

Don't see too many of these around, the bezel is one of those consisting of two parts and in different colors. The inner dark grey bezel had crumbled away but the rest of the watch was in relatively good condition, so I took it apart for some cleaning and here's a view of all the parts:

The new replacement inner bezel piece is at bottom left. After assembly the watch looks pretty good:

The jelly turquiose color matches the marine motif of the watch, with features similar to that of the old DW-8600 Gulfman, with tidegraph and moongraph.

    Cool! Thanks for the pics.
The Search function on vBulletin forums isn't very smart. If you want to search for a complete string in the G-Shock forum, or for posts which include multiple words, use Google, and enter site:forums.watchuseek.com/f17 into the search box. Then use normal google syntax after that to enter your search.

The usual suspects (in my case) : local Singapore distributor for Casio - Marco Corporation. As has been mentioned in a recent thread, the service at the local Casio Service center leaves a lot to be desired so I much prefer to come here, the people are friendlier too!
