    Regular G-shock for 6 year old KID...too big? 5600?

I've asked this question before, and I am thinking about going to the Mini G-shock line. But in Canada, my only option is Ebay or ordering specially from the store. Right now, the GLX-5600-4 is on sale for a very nice price. It's hard to tell without bringing the kid to the store, but would a 5600 fit a skinny 6 year old's wrist?

I could get a Japanese market one off of Ebay, but I like going into the store better, in case something goes wrong with it, etc. and I don't want to go down the Baby G road.

Any wrist shots of the GLX5600, or recommendations of what to do, would be THOROUGHLY appreciated :)

Here it is on an adult

I *could* again, order a G MINI at a local store, but it's probably quite limited to what they can get on the Canadian market, which is likely not much. Your thoughts on the 5600's size?

I think the 5600 line would be cool for a 6yr old. Not a kid watch at all and everyone is wearing watches on the large side so no real issue.

Yeah, it should be fine. It should fit well on a 6 year old's wrist. It's a small watch, and works well. The 5600 series is great. I own a DW5600, and it's simplistic, with nothing too fancy.

Depends on the kid. My younger son is 9 and a 5600 is OK on him, but almost too big. It's on the 2nd notch. My 6 YO daughter can take it off and put it on when latched at the first notch. Both are skinny little kids.
